Art & prints

What types of art do you sell?

We offer a selection of art prints, original paintings, and additional products created from original designs. Natalie Marie primarily paints in oils, focusing on portraiture and landscapes.

Are your prints framed?

Our prints are sold unframed. This allows you to choose the framing style that best suits your space. We offer a matted option, which provides an upscale style and increases the overall size of the print once the mat is attached.

What sizes of art prints are available?

We offer 8×10 inch and 11×14 inch prints. Additionally, you can purchase a mat with your print, which increase the overall size once the mat is attached to the print. Available sizes are listed on each individual product page.

How do I care for my art print?

To preserve the quality of your art print, keep it away from high humidity or direct sunlight. We recommend framing behind UV-protective glass for long-term display. Please do not touch the front of the art print with fingertips as this can cause a slight oily sheen to appear.

Orders & shipping

How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing: typically 3–5 days.
Standard shipping: typically 5–10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to take international shipments at this time.

What is your return policy?

At this time, we cannot accept returns. If you have a concern with your order, please contact us to discuss options. Custom or final sale items are non-refundable.

Commissions & contact

Can I request a commissioned, custom painting?

Yes, we accept custom commission paintings! Please reach out to us through our contact page with your ideas and we'll get back to you with more details. Please keep in mind that custom paintings require extra time and expense when compared to other forms of artwork available in our store. Please note: Commission schedule is dependent on artist availability and is subject to open or close at the discretion of the artist.
